What data I collect

When you use the contact form on this website, I collect your name, email address, occupation, and any message you choose to include. I collect nothing else. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology.

Why I collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. Your details are not used for marketing, are not sold, and are not shared with any third party except as described below.

Third-party processor

Contact form submissions are handled by Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Your submission is processed by Web3Forms and forwarded to me by email. I do not operate any server or database of my own.

How long I keep it

I retain enquiry emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the correspondence. If you become a client, your data is then held in line with my client data retention policy - a minimum of five years from the date of your last Self Assessment filing, as required by HMRC.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data I hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email james@audhdaccountant.co.uk.
